Hoover Windtunnel Actuator Arm Repair
When the Windtunnel is not self-propelling itself you may need to replace the flat belt.
If you notice that the self-propel works in only one direction, then the actuator arm is broken, or the cable that attaches to it is loose. This video shows how to replace the belt, clean the brush, remove the shroud, and replace the actuator arm.
